The first company (Shiva Consultancy) was founded by our present M.D. Mr. Mithlilesh Giri in the year 1996 as a proprietorship company. Being a qualified engineer, and getting enriched from his hands-on experience in managing steel plants based on steel-making through Induction Furnace route, he started his own consultancy unit and after a short stint of 8 years in the business, registered the company in the year 2004 as a Private Ltd. company and started complete concept –to- commissioning assignments.
